
Melissa Johnson is a Historical League member. She is associated with the National First Ladies Library and Museum in Canton, Ohio. Melissa is planning to have a “live zoom” or prerecorded 15 minute presentation from the curator at the First Ladies Library of the exhibit “The Eras Exhibit: 250 Years of First Ladies Progress and Power,” celebrating America’s 250th birthday by showcasing the roles and impact of First Ladies throughout history, from the Revolutionary War to the modern era. At least 44 women have been official First Ladies, while 10 other women have served as acting First Lady.
